Can ANYONE help with an International Shipping Program Question? TIA
Hi. I have asked this question before but I always get the same response referring me to all the links about the program.Â
Here is the issue....I am a top rated seller but I still have not been automatically enrolled in the program. When I go to the shipping preferences page there is nothing at the top about being enrolled or opting out. The very first line isÂ
Shipping settings
Exclude shipping locations  | Domestic:0 International:0 |

Maybe the system is reading as shipping from Turkey the country and the US which would exclude the EIS program. Just guessing though.

Your best option is to contact eBay customer service on Social Media. I recommend using FB as the agents are the most experienced. Â

The phone agents are in another country and read from scripts so I don't think you'd get too far with an unusual issue. Â
