Can a seller refund your order after you pay with a **bleep** address excuse?
Seller cancelled, with the reason of "Something was wrong with the buyer's shipping address", but I have other purchases shipped here without issues. The price of the item went from the $35.99 I paid to $99.99 from the seller now. Don't they have to honor the price I paid? This doesn't look like a legitimate cancelation reason that eBay lists in their policies.

Select the reasons: seller violated policy - did no want to complete sale.
