I'm sorry this happened to you.
Ebay has a Report feature in eBay messaging. Depending on your device, its either under the Action menu or the three dots in the upper right. I would definitely Report the most offensive message and then eBay can read the rest.
Please stop responding to this person. If his messages don't stop after a few days, I would report one more.
