can a return claim be reopened after being closed
I purchased a printer and it arrived 4 days ago. have had several prolems. seller claimed to have fixed the problem, however i still have problems. I closed the return request due to believing printer was fixed. can the request be reopened

No - you can only open 1 return request per item.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a defective item.
