Can a neutral review be removed by ebay if the buyer who left it deleted their account?

Pretty much as the title states, the person left a bit of a ridiculous neutral review and then deleted his account a few months later, It my only neutral, I know it doesn't affect my seller performance but I was just curious as it just states a bunch of numbers followed by @ deleted as the reviewer, seems reasonable to request it is removed or should I just forget about it and move on?

In the past eBay would remove any feedback if the buyer (or seller, it was that long ago) who left it was a member for less than some period of time (some one digit amount of months) before s/he voluntarily or was forcibly NARU'd. There's no mention of that that I can find in Help, but that could simply be because eBay is now very tight lipped about feedback removal policies (among other things).

eBay removed the buyer, probably for multiple infractions. I wouldn't worry about the feedback since it reads well enough with your response and will drop off after a year.
