Can a MUAA user authorize an app via OAuth?
I'm trying to understand whether a MUAA (Multi-User Account Access) user has the ability to authorize third-party applications using OAuth.
- If yes, what specific roles or permissions are required for the MUAA user to do this?
- If no, does that mean only the account owner or an admin-level user can authorize apps via OAuth?
