Mentor2 years agoYes, if the back of the card is photographed and sent, as the card numbers are printed along the bottom of the card. All that is then needed is to add the 4 digits when scratched off.
ebay gift cards are to be used when you purchase an item on ebay and use it to pay in Checkout. It is not to be sent to some third party as payment for some item not found on ebay.
