Can a Fraudulent Gift Card be Replaced?
I received an eBay gift card as a Christmas gift and when I scratched off the redemption code section, three (3) of the numbers of the code were missing. I went to CVS with the receipt from the store showing the balance on the card however they told me to contact eBay directly. Is there a phone number to call, the automated chat bot was not helpful at all.

They are going to send you back to CVS.
What if I scratched my eBay gift card code off? What if there are other issues with my eBay gift card?
