can a cutomer order 2 items afterwards change it to 1
i have a customer that I believe ordered 2 items and my postage showed my flat amount plus another fee for the 2nd item. She is saying my postage is too high. Now on her invoice it states she only ordered one. Can a customer change the quantity on their item once they have purchased it? I have 2 packed up ready to go.
