can a buyer have an item shipped to another address after paying for it?
I have read that a buyer who has paid for an item, may need to have the item cancelled and re purchase it and then update the shipping address at the time of purchase. Is that true? If an item is a buy it now, doesn't it go directly to being paid without the ability of the buyer to update the shipping address?

Mentor2 years agoThe buyer can enter a new address at checkout if a one time ship to, or they can update their ship to address on file and then it will be correct at checkout. You will need to cancel and refund, then relist for them to buy again with the correct address.
