Can’t sign in to my original account
I signed into EBay with Facebook and now I can’t get to my original account that I have had since 1999. Help????

·3 years agoDo you have several email accounts? If so, Facebook may have the email used to get into this 2017 account, and your email to get into your older 1999 account may be different. Do you recall the username or email associated with your historical account?
Another question is whether you have logged into your old account over the past few years. In 2014, eBay purged the accounts of members who failed to respond to multiple requests to update passwords. Lots of old accounts were lost for ignoring those requests. Since that change, eBay requires an annual log in to verify you still have access to your account and to update your contact info if necessary.
