Can’t see my descriptions or others?
I use my iPad to list items for sale on eBay and to also do research on items that are for sale and have sold like the item I want to sell. For the last few days, when I list an item for sale, no description of my item shows up in my listing on my iPad. It does show up on my husbands computer, but not my iPad. Why? I can’t see anyone’s description on the items others have for sale or that might have sold. Why? How do I fix this problem. I’m not very computer savvy. I can do some stuff, but I can’t figure this one out. Very frustrating.

Mentor2 years agoTry another browser as a test. If descriptions appear, or if manually erasing just the eBay cookies allows the description to appear, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies in the original browser.
