Can’t sale money on hold
This was my first sale today. Now that shipped the good the money is on hold and I can’t sale anything else until. I go to this place and do whatever. I’ve tried everything all day now I can use a little help

Mentor1 year ago@Anonymous We are volunteers and can't see your account. Your question is not clear as to what exactly the problem that you are having is. I am not sure if this is a normal new seller fund hold problem OR if you have a problem setting up a seller account so I am giving you TWO answers.
NEW SELLER FUND HOLD PROBLEM:
As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating. Items that sell for $750 or more most ship with signature required on delivery to have proof of delivery.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer

PROBLEM SETTING UP SELLER ACCOUNT:
You will need to contact eBay customer service from #5 below but here are some tips that might help you.
All buyers payments are managed by eBay and sent to your linked checking account. eBay doesn't offer the debit card payout option at first.

Sometimes the problem is the checking account information was not set up correctly.
eBay won't tell what doesn't match for security reasons, this might be your problem.
1. Make sure that the ACH routing number is the correct one to use for deposits to your checking account. Sometimes banks have different ones for this type of deposit.
2 .The bank account must be a brick and mortar checking account, not a virtual one.
3. Your registered name and address on your eBay account must match your checking account and government ID exactly. You can not use a PO box for your registration but you can use it for your ship from and to addresses.
I had to add my middle name to my eBay account.
John B Doe is not the same as John Brian Doe.

AND Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs.
