Can’t return wrong item
I had ordered a car battery and when I received it the battery didn’t fit. When I tried to return it I was given a return label for the USPS instead of FedEx (the one who delivered it). USPS would not take it because it was a corrosive/hazardous material. Contacted the seller and told them what happened and requested a different label for a shipper that would take it. Seller only gave me the same label and return address. Tried to take it to FedEx and ship it myself but was told the same thing and it ship it it had to have a special label done by someone certified to label it. There is no one in my area to do that. Explained this to the shipper and they closed my return case. Now I am stuck with a battery I can’t use or anything. I have been trying for a while to contact the seller and eBay with no results. Please help.
