I’m trying to return an item that I purchased but the return label link will not open. I’m trying to contact EBay for help with no response.

Make here a choice for a chat or a call to you: https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkpid
even better, go to https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
Add ‘agent' in the chat box that popped up.
Answer questions if showing up.
Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".
