Can’t receive items once purchased
For some reason sellers can’t ship to my home address anymore. Sellers say invalid shipping address nothing has changed in 20 plus years. no matter how sellers try to ship the items once purchased usps or fedex whatever. eBay says no problem with address , sellers just give me a refund. I don’t know ?

Sellers, plural. How many sellers? One? Ten? The reason I ask is that there might not be any problem with your address at all. When a seller cancels a sale, he has to choose from a few reasons that eBay gives to choose from. Some reasons result in the seller receiving a Defect on his account, "out of stock" is one example. They don't want Defects. On the other hand "problem with address" does not give them a Defect. If your experience is with only one seller, or a couple, they might be lying about the reason and choosing "address" instead of the real reason, so they can avoid getting a Defect.

OP1 year agoTwo different sellers same item . Sellers still have items listed . Both have more than a couple up for sale .

Mentor1 year agoHi @tommmulli-0 What are you trying to buy and who are you trying to buy it from? Are the items from sellers located within the US? If not, some items cannot be shipped internationally and that will come up as a problem with the buyer's address. A few more details are needed to advise you. Good luck!
