Can’t purchase an item.
Seller made an offer and I accept, but it says in red letters seller won’t send to WY, so it won’t go to the payment screen. The seller says she does send to WY. What needs to be done so transaction can go through.

Mentor7 months ago@mooldies2012. This usually happens because of an error that the seller made in the shipping section.
The package size or weight is more than the selected shipping method can accommodate.
The seller cannot revise the listing because of the offer.
The seller has end the listing, revise the shipping, then relist..
You can share the item number so we can take a look to see if I'm correct if you wish.
