Canâ€™t pay for an item until the seller gives me a shipping price

I canâ€™t cancel the order because the seller hasnâ€™t responded to and communication attempts. Canâ€™t pay for the order, canâ€™t do much of anything. How do I contact eBay to cancel the order? Iâ€™ve tried multiple ways to dispute the purchase and still havenâ€™t gotten anywhere close to resolving it.
