Can’t List an Item
When I start a listing, I put all the information about my item, but when it comes to the shipping, the “continue†button won’t let me continue. Why is this and how can I list again?

Mentor1 year ago@nicozkiqs Are you using the app? There is a current technical issue with listing and revising on the app.

Or you may need to OPT OUT of Business Policies.
Go to this page> https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage Select OPT OUT on the upper right.

Mentor1 year ago@nicozkiqs. Try opting out of business policies. You will need to use the link I provided on a computer or use your phones browser and select open in desktop from your phone settings.
If that doesn't work then it's the app glitch. You can shake your phone to open the option to report a problem on the app.

Mentor1 year agoI know a lot of sellers have been getting opted in. So if you go to the policy page and don't see opt out option the only other thing you can do is report the problem to eBay by shaking your phone while in the app. There is an open ticket so eBay is working on the problem.
