Can’t find orders
I bought2 things online not signed in and can’t find them now. Both amounts were taken out of my bank account but cant order confirmation on my email or ebay.

Is it possible you made those orders using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

OP7 months agoYes i’m almost sure i accidentally made it on a guest account, not signed in on safari. i then downloaded the app and signed it, saw i didn’t havent it in my purchase history or a email confirmation. i did contact the seller from my account though.

Mentor7 months agoIf you purchased as a guest you should be able to sign out of your current eBay account and then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay, or else right click on that link and choose to open in a private or incognito browser window.

You have either intentionally or inadvertently purchased as a Guest.
First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.

OP7 months agoThen is it possible i’m getting scammed? i’m just confused as to how i haven’t gotten any email from anything. i ordered 3 things total at the same time. 2 of them this problem is occurring and the 3rd item is now on its way to me so im just confused, i spent a lot of money on my order .

Mentor7 months agoIf you purchased using a different eBay account, the email confirmations may be going to a different email address.
Check your spam folder to make sure confirmation emails did not wind up there. Some email providers create other folders for "Purchases"; if possible, see if there is a link to see "all mail" that includes email that might have been shunted to different locations than you otherwise expect.
