Can’t email refund return label to me
Long story short, I received a product and was not satisfied. Reached out to seller, agreed a refund return request was appropriate
I filled out the forms and the return request was promptly accepted. A shipping label was generated, as confirmed by email.
I was previously able to navigate to the window where it asks for you to verify the email address in which you want the label shipped to. I filled out my email correctly, and it still says to “enter a correct email.â€
In other words, I can’t access my return shipping label even though it has been generated. It will not accept my email (and it’s the same exact email in which I was able to access that information).
Any ideas on what to do? I tried using the automated system but doubt it can help me in this.

Mentor8 months agoIf you filed a Return Request on Ebay, go to your Purchase History, find the item and click on "View return details" to print the label.
