Can’t contact eBay.
Why does eBay lie and say they have a TECHNICAL HICCUP when I’m trying to get ahold of someone about a missing package and want a refund? Seems like I’m not the only one . I guess it’s their way of not wanting to talk to you.

Mentor3 years agoOn your purchase history, has the estimated delivery date passed? If not, you can't ask for a refund just yet.

Mentor3 years agoAre you using a desktop browser?
Try using the eBay app, if possible to start the "item not received" case -- I seem to be able to get farther along in the process using the app than when using a desktop browser. At least a couple of users have indicated that they were able to successfully start an "item not received" case through the app when the browser link gave that error message.
