Can’t buy or bid on NVIDIA / GeForce items — why?
I’m trying to buy graphics cards on eBay, but I can’t place bids or use “Buy It Now†on items with NVIDIA or GeForce in the title.
Other listings work fine. Sometimes it asks me to link a payment method, even though it’s already linked. Other times I get:
> “Unfortunately, this item isn't available for purchase in your location.†{e281242-1259530x}
My shipping address is in the U.S., and sellers confirmed they don’t restrict shipping.
Has anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix it?

The limitation is not on your shipping address; it is on your actual location (or on your network).
Some items cannot be exported to certain locations, and some of those items are designated as such by keyword.
