Can’t access shipping QR code from the app
Hello, it won’t let me change my setting’s on the app to access the QR code for the shipping label. I change the label format, but it doesn’t actually change. It will only stay on printable label.

Mentor2 years agoInstead of using the app, try using the browser on the phone to get to ebay.com and see if you can then access the QR-code.

OP2 years agoThat’s what I have been doing, just isn’t as effective as using the app and can get unorganized when dealing with multiple packages. Also the website doesn’t work well sometimes.
