Try googling it ... I am sure there is a YouTube video out there showing how that is done.
Try contacting your Service provider's help line, I am sure they can walk you through changing the language
I would be more concerned that you purchased a domestic phone that came with a foreign language activated ... if the phone is originally from China that's different.
