Called the c word
Seller sold shoes too big. I got ebay to step in. Seller verbally abusive, placed Wiccan curse on me and called me names. Including the c word. Can't Seller be punished?!!

Though I love the advice you received from @gosimus and believe me, she can remove any curse, sellers are expected to conduct their business professionally.
In the message you received, use the Report option in the Action dropdown to report the seller's behavior to eBay.

When eBay stepped in, the seller was automatically punished at that point. eBay wants sellers to settle disputes without their having to become involved. For not following this, the seller's account was hit with at least one defect. Enough defects and eBay starts sanctioning the seller. Sanctions include having to pay higher fees, and less favorable placement of listings, and some other disadvantages.

I have removed that curse. I believe my medicine is more powerful than the seller's. You will see that this is correct.

Communist? Calling you names is impolite, but not harmful in any practical sense. Consider the source and forget it.
