Scroll to the bottom of this page and in the lower right under the Help & Contact header is Contact us.
You may get a faster and more accurate response if you post about your issue here. eBay's customer service reps do not always give out the best answers.

OP1 year agoThis is the way I have traditionally been able to receive callbacks (which in my case have usually been excellent) however this procedure no longer works, the “chat bot†becomes stuck in an endless loop and does not offer the option of having an agent call me.
