call problem

I was told that you would call me, but I did not receive any call. However, I saw a message saying that I did not answer the phone.

My account is set up with my correct phone number so I’m not sure why this happened.

Could you please check and let me know what went wrong?

Sometimes calls cannot be returned because of location issues, VIOP phones, spam blockers or call blockers, or because eBay's number is blocked by your phone service provider.

If you are unable to get a call back using a different number, try contacting eBay via social media direct message:
