Sellers are not allowed to change the address that the buyer provides at checkout. Sometimes cancellations are not possible. Can you call the USPS and have that package forwarded to you?
I didn’t receive my package. It went to the wrong address. I tried to cancel as soon as I ordered, they denied the cancellation and sent it anyway. I also tried and emailed to give right address no response.
Sellers are required to ship to the address you provide on the payment. Many sellers will try to help if there is time before shipping, but they are not required to. Hopefully the residents where the item was delivered will refuse or return the package. If not, you could try contacting them to arrange shipment from them to you.
