Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.

Ebay will not remove it since it does not violate Ebay feedback policy.
Did you offer the buyer a refund if they would return the item? If so, they may agree to a feedback revision after they receive the refund.
