Call back from ebay agent

Question

Trying to get a call back from Ebay agent. The call back goes directly to voicemail. Have contacted my cell provider and all is right on my phone. This is the only call that goes directly to voicemail. Anyone else have this exact same problem?

Only you or your cell provider determines whether a call goes to voicemail. Have you checked your voicemail/spam settings? Especially check that the ebay number didn't somehow get on your blacklist.
