Calculated shipping very low

Got an offer that required shipping to Great Britain. Calculated shipping is very low. Why? How can I increase that? Why doesnâ€™t it show shipping to international hub?

@penchantvintage You can't increase shipping once you have an offer.

What is the item number? I see that you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program

Thanks for your response. Yes I have eBay international but when the order came through it had a Great Britain address instead of a hub address such as Delaware. I pulled the item temporarily while researching this.

@penchantvintage Sometimes sellers accidentally offer Direct shipping in addition to EIS shipping. On the listing form be sure to select NO international shipping. I know that seems counter intuitive but it just means that YOU are not shipping internationally, eBay is.
