Calculated shipping utilized but undercharged buyer
Recently a buyer made their purchase and the system undercharged them for shipping. Nothing in the shipping description was changed. Why did I pay more for the label than was charged to the buyer?

Mentor1 year agoIf you are referring to the hat that item was listed with First Class Large Envelope shipping. That class of service does not have tracking so eBay does not sell that label. eBay requires tracking for seller protection so they would sell you a service with tracking which would be Ground Advantage.

Your hat was listed with USPS First Class Large Envelope, you need to select USPS Ground Advantage NOT First Class Large Envelope on your listings for tracking.
If you ship with no tracking you are at risk losing a claim that the item was never received by the Buyer.
