Calculated Shipping Question
I have calculated shipping on most of my items and I opted to offer customers the "commercial rate" without a handling fee. This has been working out for awhile, but today I got an order where they charged the buyer $1 more than they charged me for the label. Is this a change in eBay policy, a glich, or a glich that has now become eBay policy?
