Calculated Shipping Issues
I have had two listings where I correctly listed the package dimensions and the weight (usually slightly higher than what is actually comes out to weigh) and the eBay shipping calculated on the sold listing is more than what they charged the customer, sometimes $2 more...

Mentor4 months agoYou did not specify which of your sold listings had the problem. I did look at a few of your sold listings and some of them were set up with flat rate shipping which does not take into account how far the package has to go. You are using Ground Advantage shipping so the shipping charge varies with the distance the package must go.
