Calculated shipping is incorrect
I listed a skirt suit, 3 lbs - and the calculated shipping is incorrect. USPS Ground Advantage is showing as $58.90-$143.00. I have checked my numbers several times - and they are not excessive high numbers.

Is anyone else having shipping calculator issues? Is there a fix?

Mentor2 years ago@msfrugalady The problem is the dimensional weight surcharge due to the oversized box. Any package over 1 cubic foot is charged a dimensional weight surcharge by all shipping carriers.
Is there anyway to cut the box down some? It seems like you could fold the suit nicely and not use such a large box.

OP2 years agoYes. You both are correct.
With my estimated measurements, after chatting with eBay, I recalled that the package [measurements] was considered a LARGE PACKAGE, rather than a Package.
I did a better measuring of a suit packing, and the costs show for a Package now.
