    Calculated shipping?
                     
             

    I'm doing something wrong. When I specify calculated shipping, I understand that it does so based on destination zip. So why does it preload a rate based on ... nothing? I need to understand how this works be cause it's costing me a lot of money.

    For calculated shipping, you would need to enter accurate dimensions and weight, rounding up to whole numbers. Do you have those values entered into the shipping area of your listing so the tool can collect the correct shipping from the buyer?

    I looked at your 3 active listings.  Two of them use Ground Advantage, one calculated shipping and one flat rate with $10.00 shipping regardless of where the buyer lives.  The other has free shipping.  So I am not sure what the problem is that you are referring to.
