CA$9,247.17 payout sent Dec 17 – still not received
Hello,
I’m a Canada-based eBay seller. A payout of CA$9,247.17 was marked as sent on Dec 17, 2025, but I have not received the funds.
Bank: RBC (Canada)
I contacted my bank and they confirmed no incoming transfer and no record of this payout.
eBay contact history:
Dec 24: eBay said a bank transfer letter would be emailed within 72 hours — not received
Jan 1 & Jan 8: eBay again promised the letter within 24 hours — still not received
It has now been over 3 weeks since the payout date.
What can i do to get my money?
