C-pap mask category to list

There are hundreds of Cpap accessories listed on ebay so why do I get a message when trying to list a mask that states I am in violation of ebay policy?

According to Ebay:

Any medical device that requires a prescription can't be sold on eBay, including:

Continuous Positive Airway Pressure machines (CPAP), along with masks, humidifiers, heated water chambers, and heated tubing

If you find listings that are in violation of the above, you can report them.
