C-Level or Higher Human CS Contact with brains and authority.
Can someone please refer me to a higher level supervisor or vice versa.. please have them contact me regarding a ridiculous computer generated PERMANENT restriction that I can not get a human with the depth and authority to discuss and correct. It has been very arduous and has wasted a lot of time.
I can assure you we have done nothing wrong... and have the pictures, videos, and 3rd party witnesses to corroborate.
Please help.

OP3 years agoHi Ken... I literally have no idea. No one has ever discussed the situation with me. Yes it was a permanent "restriction"..? Apparently my last efforts to reach someone at the higher level of authority must have worked... apparently someone reviewed the situation and agreed that I did nothing wrong and mysteriously reinstated my account? (without any discussion.... after 2-3 YEARS) lol.. Completely bizarre, but OK. Let's see how long I last this time? I'm so ptsd now I don't even know if I want to post the stuff I have for sale... what if I do make a mistake now...? I'll really be banned for life! lol.. 😞 What a terrible way to have to feel after I went thru such extensive efforts to do the right thing, called ebay multiple times to ask them what I should do.... to then have them REVERSE the transaction.. give the money back to the buyer (which they assured me they would NOT do... ON A RECORDED LINE)... and then BAN me!?? I'm not a huge techie, but I've never had any problems on any online platforms before. I will say this has been the worst experience I've been through thus far either online or offline. I was contacted by someone after the permanent ban was lifted who said she wanted to discuss the matter with me, but I haven't heard from her since.
