C changing paying preference on your account

Question

I’m trying to change the way I pay for items that I have bought instead of doing immediate payment. I want to change it to where the seller has to send me an invoice cause I’m tired of being ripped off on shipping cost on multiple items. How do I go about doing this? I’ve called eBay and you can’t speak to a person. All they wanna do is take your money. Customer Service is nonexistent now

This isn't really asked, but you do need to ask seller before you buy or bid if they combine shipping. Not all sellers can or will, and it is not mandatory with eBay. In effect you are asking for something that is not in the listing. If the seller has their items marked as immediate payment required, you cannot override this. It's a tool (finally) given to us by eBay to try and combat all the non-payers.
