BYSHOPPY sold me a Morgan silver dollar at a discount price. I paid with cc and never got the item.
the purchase date was 19 Nov 2023 and the charge went through. But the item did not arrive within the week promised by the seller. I put a hold on the cc and the bank said it look like fraud. There was an additional foreign fee charged to me. I cannot get through Ebay to talk to anyone, and no posted issue is covered in their list of subjects to be discussed with customers. The order numbers on the the Morgan silver dollar are not recognized by Ebay. So fraud it is and Ebay does not have the means to contact a live agent. DO NOT TRUST Ebay to give you any help in such a matter!

- on a transaction paid for on eBay, before you file a credit card chargeback.
After you file a chargeback, you need to work with your credit card company.
Be sure you always pay using eBay Shopping cart. Then contact eBay first for any problems. If eBay doesn't help, then contact your credit card.
