Byer claims item was not received
Hello, asking for help. Item was shipped and USPS states it was delivered in buyer's mail box. However, the buyer messaged me that they did not receive it. Buyer is threatening with negative review. As a seller I would have trust USPS that it was delivered. What steps should I take to solve it?

OP2 years agoYes, the buyer opened the case of item was not received. The tracking number states it was delivered.

Mentor2 years agoDid the buyer open a case of item not received? If so, key in the tracking number to the case. If it shows as delivered, the case should close in your favor. You can tell the buyer that the USPS delivers with GPS, so they can see exactly where it was delivered. If it was stolen, you are not responsible for refunding. They would need to file a police report if it was stolen.
