·3 years agoOnce the buyer has been refunded, they have no reason to return the item.
Always wait until the item is returned before refunding.

Mentor3 years agoThe correct steps are to receive the item back and THEN refund. If you refund first, the buyer has no incentive or obligation to return the item.
