Your refund will come through in about 21 days. (The carrier waits that long to refund to ensure the label wasn't used.)

Mentor9 months agoIf you cancelled the unused label the shipping carrier will need to see that it was not used. This takes 21 days and eBay will let you know when the refund has been authorized.
