buying with offer - but can't select local pickup (which is an option)
That's it. If I'm buying an item using the "make an offer", even for an item that has local pickup - it's automatically shipped to me, even if it's right next to my house, and is actually the reason I'm buying it. Very frustrating.
If eBay knows the item has local pickup available, why isn't that simply an option on the "make an offer" page? Why do I have to pay for shipping and then wait for it when I can just go over there and get it, which was the idea in the first place?
