Why is it that sellers, these little Mom and Pop trash and Treasure, can sell used motherboards when they have no idea if it works, the person who sold it to them took it out of service for a reason and told the M/P it worked, right before it went unstable, this is the part they don't tell any one, were all looking for a deal, but, when a M/P are allowed to sell junk, Where do the consumers stand?Basically bent over holding our ankles, Why cant eBay require the M/P to provide a disclaimer...
