Buying scrap gold
I would like to start buying gold off of here, but am worried abut getting the item and its not the right kt or grams or filled with other metals, if I get an item and it turns out to be not the right Kt or something is off, will I for sure be able to get a refund? I know you can contact the seller but what if they just dont want to help you , are you screwed or can ebay get you a refund as long as you send it back? thanks for the help!
