Buying Scam
Help - I am getting buyers purchasing my product which is shipped to them. Then they raise a return request and send a card or different (cheaper, trinket) via Australia Post back to me so that it appears that the product has actually been returned. How can I verify that they are real buyers and not scammers. I have noted that names are often different from those to shipping address. I am losing money and time.
