buying restrictions on a buyer
talked to customer service several times....I think they are from INDIA....could NOT UNDERSTAND their ENGLISH ACCENT....and told them i DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOU...Please Let Me Speak to an AMERICAN or someone with an AMERICAN ACCENT... since then...and since i am a prolific buyer of SILVER BARS 10oz....they put me on RESTRICTION which means they will NOT let me buy..and I tried several times to get it lifted...it ALWAYS comes back.......I am so angry.....I have ALOT of silver....and I WILL NEVER SELL IT on EBAY...because i will not give them their cut in sales...I will sell ANYPLACE but EBAY
